How Do I Determine the Correct Size for Me?

What is the Material?
The costumes are constructed using 100% polyester fabrics.
How Do You Wash the Costume?
Spot clean first. To clean the entire costume, we recommend a gentle soak in a basin or tub, and drip dry.
How Do You Get the Wrinkles Out of the Fabric?
The polyester is normally a wrinkle free fabric. You can use a clothing steamer or a steam iron to remove wrinkles, however, too high of a setting can result in melting the foam material. You can also hang in the shower to help release wrinkles.
How Do I Know If An Item Is In Stock?
The words "In Stock" will appear next to the item on the product detail page and you will be able to add the item to your cart.
If An Item Is Out of Stock, Can I Still Buy It?
Some out of stock items are available for Pre-Order and are noted as such on the product detail page, along with their estimated in-stock date. Just add the product you want to pre-order to your cart and continue with the checkout process. If you are interested in an item that is out of stock and NOT available for Pre-Order, simply go to the contact page and email us and you will be able to provide your email address and information on the item(s) you are inquiring about. We will send you an e-mail as soon as the item becomes available.
What Forms of Payment Are Accepted?
We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover Card, and American Express. You may also use check cards or ATM cards, as long as they are connected with one of the major credit card companies listed above.
How Do I Know If My Purchase Has Been Confirmed?
After clicking the "Submit" button, you'll be taken to an order confirmation page that will provide your order number. You will also receive a confirmation message to the email address you provided during the checkout process.
How Do I Check Pricing and Availability?
Each product page on our website displays the most current information available regarding price and stock.
When Will My Order Ship?
In-stock orders will ship within 24-48 hours of receipt.
Invoice and Credit Card Statement
Once Upon A Time Costumes are designed and created by Silvertop Associates. This name will appear on your credit card statement.
What If I decide to Cancel My Order?
If you should decide to cancel your order, there will be a $15 re-stocking fee.
Size Chart
Chart reflects approximate age, weight, and height range. Not all costumes are available in all sizes. Please refer to the individual product page for actual available sizes. If you are tall or full-figured, or if you are in doubt between two sizes, it's usually best to order the larger size for a more comfortable fit.
